程丽,女,出生于1980年10月,中国山东省泰安市,本科学历,硕士学位,副教授。口腔医学专业骨干教师,从事教学工作近十年,形成“教学一科研一实践”三位一体发展路径。主要成就如下:

一、教学成果

①获市级教学竞赛一等奖、省级教学竞赛三等奖等荣誉,2019年获评“校级青年技能名师”,2022年被评为“枣庄市巾帼建功标兵”。

②主持省级精品资源共享课《口腔修复》(2018—2024年),完成3轮省级教学指导方案开发修订。

③连续三届获评院级先进教育工作者(2021年、2022年、2024年)。

二、竞赛指导

指导学生获国家级技能竞赛金奖1项、一等奖3项,省级奖项6项,培养出“黄炎培杯”全国金奖获得者等优秀人才。

三、科研创新

①主持1项省级精品课程,参与3项省级课题(含1项市科技进步二等奖),参与4项市级课题。

②发表论文9篇(核心期刊1篇),主编教材2部(含国家级规划教材参编)。

四、行政任职

历任辅导员、校医院副院长等职务,现任教务处副处长。统筹疫情防控与教学管理工作。兼具教学名师与公共卫生管理双重资质,形成

“双师型”专业发展特色。
